This year has seen many problems with letters to Romania not arriving. Mail theft or mail just destroyed? I do not know why, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to get QSL cards to Romania.
If you have requested a QSL from me that has not arrived be assured that ALL QSL cards are posted 100%. Please contact me with the details, I will do everything I can to get the QSL to you, but be aware that posting mail to Romania some mail is not getting through and this is beyond my control!
