Argentina bureau package has been returned endorsed “Unclaimed”
I have emailed both QSL Bureau societies to find out what the problems are, until I hear from the two IARU societies QSL cards will not be able to be posted to Argentina.
Belarus bureau have confirmed that this was a post office error and the package has been resent.
